About this role
Temporal provides an open-source workflow orchestration platform for reliable distributed applications. The Cloud Enablement team builds and improves infrastructure proxy solutions used across cloud services and customer deployments.
What you will do
- Implement features and maintain the core proxy codebase primarily in Go
- Build components for request handling, configuration, and authentication integrations
- Add and maintain observability logs, metrics, and traces
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Collaborate across security and infrastructure teams to deliver secure proxy capabilities
What the employer expects
- Proficiency in Go or a comparable systems programming language
- Working knowledge of service-to-service communication and distributed systems basics
- Familiarity with security fundamentals such as mTLS, JWT, and OIDC or OAuth
- Ability to take a scoped technical problem and implement end-to-end solutions
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
