Qualys is a cloud-based IT, security and compliance provider serving over 10,000 customers worldwide. This early-career SRE keeps its platforms reliable by monitoring production systems, handling incidents and automating operations across Kubernetes and data-pipeline workloads.
What you will do
- Monitor production apps, infrastructure and distributed systems
- Join incident response, on-call rotations and root-cause analysis
- Support Spark and Kafka workloads and troubleshoot failures
- Assist with Kubernetes deployments and cloud operations on AWS, OCI or GCP
- Build dashboards and alerts with Prometheus and Grafana
- Automate manual tasks with Python, Bash or Go
- Support CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Write runbooks and troubleshooting guides
What the employer expects

- Basic Linux/Unix and networking knowledge
