Capgemini is a global technology and consulting firm delivering AI-led transformation for enterprises. This role builds generative AI apps and RAG pipelines in Python, fine-tunes models, and exposes them through APIs in cloud and containerized environments.
What you will do
- Develop and enhance generative AI applications
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search
- Design prompts and fine-tune models with LoRA and QLoRA
- Develop REST APIs and integrate AI into enterprise apps
- Deploy and maintain AI solutions in cloud and containers
- Ensure code quality through testing, documentation and reviews
- Follow responsible AI and data governance practices
What the employer expects
- Strong Python, OOP, APIs and debugging
- Good grasp of data structures and algorithms
- Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agents and embeddings
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or Hugging Face
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic/hybrid search
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD and Azure/AWS/GCP
