Lamar Health automates the prior-authorization paperwork that stands between patients and expensive medications. This product engineer works with healthcare customers to build integrations, pipelines and tools on top of the platform.
What you will do
- Work with healthcare customers on clinical and data challenges
- Build integrations, data pipelines and lightweight apps
- Build internal tools and deployment automation
- Influence the roadmap from customer needs
- Prototype quickly and iterate on feedback
- Explain technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders
What the employer expects
- 2-5 years shipping production software (Python, TypeScript or similar)
- Interest in healthcare and product thinking
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Strong empathy and communication
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus
