About this role
RecordPoint builds data and AI governance SaaS for highly regulated organisations. This graduate role is a structured four-rotation program that builds technical foundations, product knowledge and AI fluency before moving into a junior engineering position.
What you will do
- Learn the software development lifecycle and complete meaningful product tasks from day one
- Design, develop and support new features across rotations including AI/ML opportunities
- Work in an agile environment and contribute to a culture of learning and teaching
- Build the technical foundations and delivery discipline that lead to a junior engineering role
What the employer expects
- Recent graduate with a relevant technical degree
- Genuine passion for technology and learning
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia for the duration of the program
- Willingness to pass a police background check
