About this role
Clinisys is a global provider of laboratory informatics software used across healthcare and life sciences. The Database Administrator designs, administers and optimises Oracle database environments while also performing PL/SQL development for product and customer deployments.
What you will do
- Design, create, configure, administer and optimise Oracle databases
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, views and triggers
- Perform performance tuning, backup/recovery and migrations
- Troubleshoot complex application and database issues
- Support release deployments and production environments
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Support and Infrastructure teams
What the employer expects
- 5+ years Oracle DBA experience
- 5+ years Oracle PL/SQL development experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL, packages, procedures, functions, views, triggers, indexes
- Experience with Oracle Grid Infrastructure, RAC, ASM preferred
- Oracle Certification preferred
