About this role
Neuron7.ai builds a Service Resolution Intelligence platform (LogIQ) that delivers root-cause analysis and fix recommendations from enterprise operational data. This AI Solutions Engineer owns the full customer journey from onboarding to live production deployment, writing Python, building AI agent tools and configuring streaming pipelines.
What you will do
- Provision multi-tenant environments and guide customers through onboarding
- Set up real-time log stream ingestion (Kafka, Kinesis, Fluentd, syslog-ng)
- Configure anomaly detection and wire triggers to the RCA agent
- Ingest and index customer knowledge into the RCA agent's retrieval layer
- Tune reasoning prompts and retrieval strategies for RCA quality
- Build custom demos showing reactive and proactive LogIQ workflows
- Design, build and register new LangGraph agent tools
- Write custom log parsers and data connectors
- Tune LLM prompts and modify workflow logic; contribute to the core platform codebase
- Own the technical customer relationship and train customer teams
What the employer expects
- 2+ years of production Python (asyncio, FastAPI, Pydantic v2, SQLAlchemy 2.0)
- Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Ability to design and register agent tools with input/output schemas
- Systematic prompt engineering and LLM failure diagnosis
- Working knowledge of a streaming/log-shipping technology (Kafka, Kinesis, Fluentd)
- Understanding of async task queues and distributed pipeline debugging
- Solid PostgreSQL fundamentals; exposure to TimescaleDB/OpenSearch a plus
- Comfortable with AWS or Azure, Docker and docker-compose
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, Electronics or related, or equivalent experience
