About this role
Ambience Healthcare develops AI intelligence platforms for healthcare systems. The Frontier AI team establishes technical strategy, post-training capabilities, and evaluation frameworks for core clinical AI products.
What you will do
- Establish AI quality and evaluation strategy across LLM and agentic applications
- Drive production model improvements across prompting, retrieval, and post-training
- Shape post-training techniques including supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, and RL
- Architect complex multi-model agentic AI workflows and failure recovery systems
- Co-develop technical roadmaps and mentor engineering teams on ML best practices
What the employer expects
- 7+ years in production machine learning, research engineering, or applied AI
- Deep expertise with modern LLMs, transformers, and complex production AI systems
- Significant experience designing evaluations for complex AI and agentic setups
- Expertise in post-training and model adaptation techniques
- Strong Python software engineering and MLOps proficiencies
