What you will do
- Design and build scalable web applications
- Lead system design and module decomposition
- Make incremental architecture changes with impact analysis
- Profile and tune distributed system performance
- Turn product features into technical work
- Lead medium-sized projects in phases
- Track impact of shipped features
- Mentor junior engineers
What the employer expects
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong skills in Java, C or C++
- Hands-on multithreading and concurrency
- Deep OOD and design pattern knowledge
- Experience with high-scale, data-heavy applications
