Metaphor Consulting is an IT services and software solutions company. The SAP SD L1 Support Consultant handles Level-1 support tickets for Sales & Distribution processes, monitors helpdesk tickets and prepares user manuals.
What you will do
- Resolve L1 support issues assigned from L0 team
- Monitor and close helpdesk tickets and maintain status tracker
- Prepare user manuals for new SD developments or processes
- Handle end-to-end sales and pre-sales lifecycle and sales master data
- Monitor interfaces and background jobs
What the employer expects
- 1-2 years experience
- Expertise in end-to-end sales and pre-sales lifecycle
- Good understanding of MRP process and sales returns
- Knowledge of SAP SD tables and report execution
- Knowledge of interfaces, background jobs and ABAP debugging
- No gaps in education or career
