GHX enables better patient care and savings in healthcare through supply chain technology. The Application Support Engineer II joins the 24x7 Follow the Sun support team as the front line for alert response and resolution, collaborating across teams to resolve technical issues.
What you will do
- Work Customer issues in assigned SalesForce queue by troubleshooting application issues
- Contribute to the definition and management of application layer technology standards and processes
- Monitoring tool administration
- Support new customer implementations and transitions to production support
- Respond to technical application questions and issues raised by customers
- Respond to off hour’s pages and escalations
- Participate in maintenance, performance testing, OAT and release activities
- Administer assigned JIRA ticket queues
- Provide feedback to product and development teams
- Adopt and participate in Knowledge Centered Support
