About this role
Brillio is a technology services firm, and this role sits in its AI and data engineering group. The engineer builds production LLM agent workflows and RAG pipelines, with evaluation and feedback loops to keep output quality high.
What you will do
- Design and build end-to-end AI agent workflows from prompt design to production
- Develop and tune RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, ranking, context management
- Iterate on prompt and chain-of-thought strategies
- Integrate agents with databases, rule engines and validation tools
- Set up automated quality checks before human review
- Build evaluation frameworks with data scientists
- Deploy and monitor AI/ML solutions in production
- Create feedback loops that turn expert review into agent improvements
What the employer expects
- 2-4 years of experience, including 2+ years on LLM apps, RAG or agent workflows
- Advanced Python
- LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
