Amazon Music is a streaming service for music and podcasts. This QA engineer helps release new client features by writing test cases, building automation scripts and tracking defects.
What you will do
- Drive feature releases end to end
- Write automation scripts for new features and keep them stable
- Write and maintain test cases
- Reproduce defects and report them accurately
- Write test plans and strategy
- Find gaps in test coverage
- Report test progress, metrics and risks
- Work with product, UX and customer support on real-world test scenarios
What the employer expects
- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Manual testing experience
- Automation testing experience
- API and mobile testing is preferred
